Creator mindset
Publishing despite the fear, coming back after a break, doing one thing instead of planning ten. The main thread right now – this is where my notebook texts live, republished every Tuesday.

An agency, a habit app, a body, money. I write about what works, what fell apart, and how many times I started over. Creator mindset, GROW, markets – without the motivational fluff.
Publishing despite the fear, coming back after a break, doing one thing instead of planning ten. The main thread right now – this is where my notebook texts live, republished every Tuesday.
An app I built for myself because the ready-made ones kept showing me zeros. Stages, streak gaps instead of "day one", urges survived. I write about what comes out of it in practice.
I treat trading as a craft: a journal, rules, limited time. I write about the process and the mistakes, not the gains. No investment advice, no signals – not now, not later.
Mindfulness, the energy of a day, things I can't prove. In small doses and with a clear caveat: inspiration, not science. If it's not your thing, scroll on.
Texts I wrote in 2022–2023, first in a notebook. I'm republishing them one a week, almost unchanged, with a note on what's left of them years later.
Around 98–99% of people won't notice your slip-up. The text that gave this whole thing its name.
Behind every text there is something done: a company, an app, a workout, a decision. Without that it would be theory, and the internet has enough of that.
From GROW and from my own slips: with ten habits, a "100% day" happens about one day in three. I pick one thing and hold it for 21 days before adding the next.
Days, gaps, positions, money. If it can be counted, I count it – and I show it even when the result is poor.
I run PROSM, a digital agency: local SEO, Google Business Profiles and websites for small and mid-sized businesses. It funds the rest and feeds the "from the workshop" texts. The offer and the portfolio live there, not here.
I'm Wojciech Oleszko. I run PROSM, I'm building GROW, and for a few years I've been writing about what building your own things looks like from the inside – first in a notebook, now here. The goal is simple and I don't hide it: financial freedom and working from somewhere close to nature.
After hours: boxing and K1 kickboxing. The ring teaches the same lessons as business – discipline, focus, and the fact that there are no shortcuts.
A question, your own story after reading, a proposal – write. I answer myself, and to the point. For websites and Google visibility you'll get there faster via prosm.pl.
